Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Slate, a scheduling service. By creating an account or booking a meeting, you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Slate to send spam or to harass people.
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people's data.
- Don't impersonate others or use a username that misleads people.
Your content
You own your event types, availability and booking information. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Google services
Slate relies on Google Calendar and Google Meet. Your use of those services is governed by Google's terms. If Google is unavailable, some Slate features may not work.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Slate reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Slate isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed meeting, arising from use of the service.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
